As the current VP of Outreach for the PMI Rochester Chapter (appointed in 2023), I am passionate about expanding the Chapter's reach and impact within our community. I bring a strategic and collaborative approach to outreach and engagement. I am eager to continue serving the PMI Rochester Chapter as VP of Outreach, further developing impactful programs and fostering connections within our region. I was would like to continue expanding the Outreach and Social Impact programs in the next term including: Academic Outreach and growth of PM skills for our youth, support NFP organizations by connecting Rochester Chapter Project Managers with project support, and advance the PM profession by engaging and recognizing volunteers.

Ms. Fallone is currently a Sr. IT Program Manager at the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC). She is responsible for the $10.8 M IT budget for the URMC Strong Memorial Hospital Expansion capital project, while managing multiple enterprise-wide projects impacting URMC and its affiliate hospital locations. Prior to her role as Sr. IT Program Manager, she was the Director of Operational Readiness and Project Management in Ambulatory Administration at URMC. She is a strategic thinker, and was successful as an influence leader across a wide network of primary care and specialty clinic locations, while launching new medical clinics and IT projects that improved compliance. URMC includes more than 300 locations. Her operational and IT focus impacted many of these locations. She is a change agent and team player seeking to move her stakeholders into a successful future state ensuring value to the enterprise, and all of its stakeholders. Prior to her roles at URMC, Ms. Fallone was the VP of Operations at a residential home building company, growing the annual revenue from under $500K to $6M. She evaluated the local market, assessed product features, audited quality, transitioned from a paper to computerized accounting system, and successfully provided high quality homes achieving high customer satisfaction. This position required her to be flexible and perform multiple roles. Interfacing with home buyers, building neighborhoods and seeing projects from beginning to end was one of her most rewarding experiences. Ms. Fallone was a Girl Scout leader for 10 years, served on the Board of Delta Laboratories and is currently the VP of Outreach for the PMI Rochester Chapter by appointment in 2023.
