Pauline McKeown Bio
Pauline McKeown is the Vice President of Certification Training for the PMI Buffalo Chapter and a seasoned technology and transformation leader with over 20 years of experience delivering complex initiatives across government, healthcare, hospitality, and banking.
Pauline is the founder of Baraza Consulting, a project management and strategy consulting firm that has helped professionals navigate projects with confidence and accelerate their careers. Her work also includes establishing PMOs, scaling Agile practices, and leading enterprise process-improvement initiatives.
Currently an IT Project Manager at MOOG, Pauline is leading tech infrastructure modernization efforts. A sought-after speaker, she has presented at NALIM 2025, Women in Tech Western NY, and PMI chapter events, and is passionate about advancing the project management profession through collaboration and certification.
