His journey in the tech realm is marked by a profound expertise in leading enterprise-grade digital transformation projects, with a special focus on leveraging Microsoft Cloud Platforms—including Power Platform, Azure, Dataverse, and SharePoint—to drive impactful citizen development and Gen AI projects. His expertise is underpinned by a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies, including agile, waterfall, and hybrid frameworks. Rafsan's technical proficiency spans the software development life cycle (SDLC), Learning Management Systems, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Azure DevOps, and Center of Excellence with Microsoft Power Platform. Rafsan has a master’s degree in applied economics and holds PMP, PMI-ACP, Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master, PMI Citizen Developer Business Architect, Power Platform Solution Architect and various other certifications and micro-credentials. As an evangelist for the citizen development approach, Rafsan empowers project managers to build their own technology solutions, championing a structured approach to the crafting of digital solutions.
