Understanding the Minimums

Ways of Working

Details:

In this ever-changing global economy, it has become more and more imperative that teams deliver value as quickly as possible to remain competitive. Understanding the minimums, specifically Minimum Viable Product (MVP), Minimum Business Increment (MBI), Minimum Marketable Release (MMR), and Minimum Releasable Feature (MRF), can help project managers guide the development of release plans to maximize value.
In this session, you will learn the difference between the Ms, how they relate to each other, and some examples of how they can be applied. Participants will then have the opportunity, in breakout sessions, to apply what they have learned. Each of the breakout teams will review a simple game app and determine how they would have applied the Ms if they were the ones launching the app. The session will conclude with a discussion on some other Ms to consider when developing release plans.
