Bio

France MacDonald is a seasoned project manager and CEO of France MacDonald Group, Inc. She helps leaders create great teams by helping them understand each individual's Behavioral & Communication Styles. The end result is the creation of synchronized teams leading to a more productive work and salesforce. Using strategies she has developed, she helps companies view the big picture with all the details to help maximize team structure and performance by focusing on:

France has an MS degree in Software Development and Management from Rochester Institute of Technology and a BS in Computer Science and Information Management from St. John Fisher College. She holds the Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, DISC Human Behavior & Communication certifications, as well as a U.S. Patent for Method and System For Improving Print Quality.
