Questions to ask yourself:

  1. How did you feel throughout the video?
  2. Is there a villain in this story?
  3. Would you have felt inpatient at the cashpoint, and if so, how would you have behaved?
  4. As a project manager, how would you feel seeing the cashpoint behavior in public? How would you feel if one of the characters was on your team?
  5. Would you say something to the team member or keep silent?
  6. If Alistair was on your team, how would you create a safe environment for the other team members, and even try to change Alistair's thinking on race, without shaming him?
  7. Do you agree with Samir for not offering Alistair the job? Was there another possible approach?
  8. How do you help someone like Alistair see that we support and promote inclusive (not divisive environments), and collaborations on teams?
