25th Annual National Day of Silence (LGBTQIAA+) - Plan Ahead!

Diversity and Inclusion
April 23 will mark the 2021 National Day of Silence, which was started in 1996. GLSEN says the "Day of Silence is a national student-led demonstration where LGBTQ students and allies  all around the country—and the world—take a vow of silence to protest the harmful effects of harassment and discrimination of LGBTQ people in schools." If you have co-ops or interns on your teams, consider asking them if they would like to participate in activities on the 23rd. Check out https://www.glsen.org/day-of-silence for more information.
