Journey Consulting, a training partner serving PMI® Rochester Chapter to provide PMP®/CAPM® Certification Exam Prep training with Lead Instructor, Steven Wilson and their Associate Trainers. Journey Consulting has provided quality training to propel over 500 learners through a proven road map to prepare for the PMP®/CAPM® Certification Exam.

This 10-week course utilizes the most comprehensive set of study tools available to date and fulfills the required 35-hour PMI® contact hour requirement.

Discussion topics include:

    * The Five Process Groups of Project Management: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing
    * The Nine Knowledge Areas of Project Management: Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk, and Procurement
    * Two additional topics: Professional and Social Responsibility and Framework.

Classes begin: Wednesday, March 17, 2010 from 6:00 to 9:30 p.m.

Classes end: Wednesday, May 19, 2010 from 6:00 to 9:30 p.m.

Recurring classes: Weekly on Wednesday evenings
