Jon Herbold will deliver this presentation providing you with an understanding of how to significantly enhance the reporting capabilities of Microsoft Project. Topics include:

• Why is this important

• Requirements for stakeholder reports

• What Microsoft Project provides for reporting performance

• What Project Executive View (Patent Pending) provides for reporting performance

• Using the Maintenance Detail Report to keep your schedule tuned up

• Provides for early detection and reporting of emerging problems

• Reports identify specific areas, by WBS, that require corrective action

Jon has over 15 years of experience performing/mentoring duties as a Project Manager and Project Scheduler; he has also served as a Project Oversight Consultant for projects as large as $1.6 Billion. He has been a presenter at the local PMI-Scheduling group. In addition, Jon has a master’s in Communications and is certified as a PMP and MCTS (Project).
