The Chapter receives updated personal information about its members on a monthly basis from the Project Management Institute National Headquarters. We do not make any of this information available on this web site except as described below:

• Personal information is requested or collected from you ONLY when you either register as a NEW user or update your existing profile for events.
• As a convenience to our web site users and Chapter members, we provide e-mail addresses for our Board of Directors and other volunteers.
• Our news items and event notices may contain additional contact information for specified individuals, but this is provided only at their request or with their consent from the PMI Headquarters.

However, we may provide links to other web sites that do collect this information. The PMI Rochester Chapter, Inc. bears no responsibility for data collection performed by websites not under its control.
